Nordcapital  Asset Management GmbH & Cie. KG has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage three properties in the Netherlands.

The assignment comprises the commercial and administrative management of a mixed-use building at Claude Debussylaan 54 in Amsterdam (10,875 sq m), better known as Baker & McKenzie House, an office building located at Fauststraat 3 in Apeldoorn (11,727 sq m), fully let to Cap Gemini and an office building at Fascination Boulevard 522 in Capelle aan de IJssel (6,108 sq m), fully let to three tenants; TBI Techniek, Technip and Solenis.

Buss Real Estate has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to manage two properties in the Netherlands.

The assignment comprises the commercial and administrative management of a 5,251 sq m office building located at Statenlaan 1-27 in Den Bosch, fully let to Rijksgebouwendienst and an 8,927 sq m office building at Hospitaaldreef 5 in Almere, better known as De Landdrost, fully let to Vereniging VU – Windesheim.
