Following their recent lease agreement in Minerva in South East Amsterdam, Huawei has appointed Savills as project manager for the fit-out renovation of their new office space.

In the 2016-2017 period, Huawei will be moving to the new office location in phases and to that end it has instructed Savills Building & Project Consultancy for the project management activities during the design, tendering, contract formation and execution stages.

The selection for the design team started in the Q4-2015/Q1-2016 period and the Final Design for both project phases was completed in May 2016. Tendering and contract formation took place in May-June 2016, while phase 1, approximately 4,000 m², will be completed in Q3-2016. The building work for phase 2, approximately 1,750 m², will take place in the period Q1-Q2 2017.
