M7 Real Estate buys the Gazelle Portfolio for the M7 EREIP III Dutch Propco 2 fund – consisting of a group of foreign private investors – from Solidiam.

The portfolio comprises 10 office buildings located across the Netherlands, with a total floor area of 27,500 sq m.
