Savills boosts German industrial investment team with new joint head

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Ingo Spangenberg as its new joint head of industrial investment based in its Berlin office.

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Ingo Spangenberg as its new joint head of industrial investment based in its Berlin office.

Ingo joins from DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH, where he was head of industrial and logistics services for Germany. He has over 20-years of experience and previously worked for Savills from 2000-2006. He will be leading the team jointly with Bertrand Ehm.
