124 acres of land zoned for “agricultural and related uses” in Saggart, Corrstown (both County Dublin) and Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath, will go under the hammer on the 17th September when Savills kick-starts its autumn farm season. The auction will take place at 3pm in Buswells Hotel, Molesworth St, Dublin 2.

The lands at Saggart are 28.08 acres in size and located approximately 1.5km from the village centre. It is described as a block of fertile land – suitable for tillage and grazing – laid out in two divisions, with good road frontage. It will be offered for sale in two lots:

• Lot 1: 5.868 HA/ 14.5 acres approx. AMV €200,000
• Lot 2: 5.456 HA /13.45 acres. AMV €200,000

The lands at Kinnegad, Co Westmeath are 46.57 acres in size and are located approximately 1.6km from the town centre. Savills describe the block as “an attractive block of fertile land well laid out in three fields, agricultural in nature, with good road and river frontage.” The AMV is €350,000.

Elsewhere, almost 50 acres of lands at Corrstown, St Margarets, Co Dublin are on offer with AMV of €525,000. The fertile lands are sheltered by mature trees and laid out in easily managed divisions with good road frontage. The Ward River runs through the property which is situated opposite ST Margarets Golf Club approx. 2.5 km from St Margarets Village, 8 km Dublin airport, and 17 km Dublin City.
