Following an extensive refurbishment, Savills have officially re-launched their South Dublin branch in Blackrock. The property consultants have been based in the heart of Blackrock village for the past 24 years and offer a bespoke service specialising in the middle and upper end of the residential property market.
Speaking at the launch event, Graham Murray, Head of Residential at Savills Ireland said; “Following the opening of our City Centre branch last year, the re-launch of Savills South Dublin once again highlights our continued investment into the residential property market. In addition, it demonstrates our confidence in the recovery of the market and the Irish economy”.
He continued, “The Dublin property market has changed significantly over the past 18 months, where prices have increased by more than 20% in key South County Dublin locations. At many of our open viewings, particularly for prime residential properties, up to 80 people are showing up – a phenomenal number which reinforces our decision to invest”.
Savills South Dublin is based on Main Street, Blackrock. They service prime residential areas from Booterstown along the coast to Greystones and inland from Carrickmines to Mount Merrion.
