Savills advised Apollo Global Management on the acquisition of a commercial real estate portfolio from TAG Immobilien AG.

The purchase was implemented as Share Deal amounting to EUR 297 Mio. The portfolio comprises of 21 properties with lettable area of 270,000 sqm and annual rental income of around EUR 20 Mio.

The assets are located in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Cologne as well as in other major German cities.
