Leading international real estate advisor Savills has announced the reorganisation of its office leasing business in Frankfurt in the course of which the existing office agency team will be expanded by five new staff members and a new team leader appointed.

A team of four was recruited from the former DTZ office leasing team in Frankfurt. Svenja Stern and Simon Van Zoggel will join Savills on 1 April 2015 with the future team leader Benjamin Remy and his colleague Daniel Löffel to follow in May. Furthermore Jessica Felder will join from Master Private GmbH. Together with these additions the future Frankfurt office agency team of Savills will comprise nine members of staff.

Benjamin Remy (35) who will be heading the new Savills Frankfurt office agency team as a Director as of mid-May has many years of extensive experience in commercial real estate and is a recognised expert in the Frankfurt property market. Prior to his role as Director / Head of Office Letting Frankfurt at DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung GmbH since 2013 Benjamin Remy had been part of the BNP Paribas Real Estate office leasing team for over ten years.

Benjamin Remy succeeds previous office agency team leader Marco Mallucci who has left the company.
