From 1 April 2022, Jürgen Schmid, who previously worked for Savills as Director Investment for eight years, will once again become Team Leader Investment at Savills Frankfurt office.

Most recently, Schmid was Managing Director and Head of Acquisition and Sourcing at Barings in Frankfurt.

Marcus Lemli, CEO Germany and Head of Investment Europe at Savills, says: "Jürgen Schmid is an experienced agent with local market knowledge who is returning to our Frankfurt investment team. For Schmid, two factors were decisive for the move: "Firstly, it was the desire to be active on the advisory side again. Schmid will be reunited with familiar faces at the Savills office in Frankfurt and will work closely with Jan Stadelmann, Director and Head of Savills Frankfurt Office, once more, who says: "I look forward to working with Jürgen again and to developing our offering further. We have been colleagues for several years and will build on this successful partnership."
