John has over 20 years of real estate advisory experience in Belgium and Luxembourg and has acted on behalf of major local and international real estate institutional investors, as well as on behalf of the majority of local developers.
Before co-founding Savills Belux in 2008, John was managing partner of DTZ Belux and held various positions at GIB Group, EY and PWC. John is a Managing Director across the Belux area and oversees all aspects of the business, including hands on strategic involvement in capital market transactions. John is a member of the Belgian association of real estate advisors (I.P.I/B.I.V), the Union des Ingénieurs Commerciaux of Solvay Business School and of the Vlaamse Rechtgenootschap.
John is Belgian and fluent in English, French and Dutch.
